Superb self defense class

The instructor, Chris, does a great job blending the traditional teachings of the art with practical and up to date combat techniques. We train in everything from knife and gun defense to eskrima sticks, fan techniques and the more traditional grappling and throwing arts. I think its a great work out and a superb self defense class. The classes are usually small so you get all the hands on time with the instructor you need and the price is frankly unbeatable when compared to the other schools in the area
